Banana Smoothie

The Banana Smoothie is excellent if you have a digestive disorder, ulcers, low weight, hormone imbalance or thyroid imbalance. It is great for all ages and you can even use it for babies when they first start eating. It is particularly good for disabled children or adults needing to gain weight. Recommended for athletes.

Recipe 1
Take 2 or 3 Certified Organic bananas, 1 to 2 cups soy milk, ½ cup plain yoghurt, ½ cup purified water, ½ teaspoon of AGAR-AGAR powder, ½ half teaspoon slippery elm powder, 1/4teaspoon of kelp powder, 2 teaspoons of honey, 1 teaspoon of Flax seed oil,2 teaspoons of Barley Green Powder or Beetroot powder, blend and drink. Add crushed ice.

Recipe 2
Take 2 certified organic bananas, 1/2 cup cream, 1/2 cup plain yoghurt, 1/2 cup purified water, 1/2 teaspoon of AGAR-AGAR powder, 1/2 half teaspoon slippery elm powder, 1/4 teaspoon of kelp, 2 tablespoons of honey, 1 teaspoon of Flax Seed oil, 2 teaspoons of barley green powder, blend and drink. Add crushed ice.


Spicy Apple or Banana Pudding
Ingredients:
- 2 Green Apples (peeled, cored & sliced) or...
- 2 Bananas, peeled & sliced
- 200g wholemeal flour
- 3 level teaspoons of baking powder

- 50g raw cane sugar
- 1 Egg, beaten
- 50g butter, melted

Sift the baking powder, flour and sugar. Add the egg, then the butter, mixing well. Add the fruit, folding it in gently, and place the mixture in a greased oven.

Topping:
  - 1 litre of hot water
  - 2 tablespoons of raw cane sugar
  - 25g butter, melted
  - 1 teaspoon of mixed spice

Combine the ingredients thoroughly and pour the mixture over the rest of the pan. Bake in a moderate oven at 350F / 180C for 30 minutes.


Tropical Fruit Salad
Ingredients:
- 3-4 Chinese Gooseberries
- 1 Mango
- 1 Paw Paw
- 2 Bananas
- 1/2 Large Pineapple (chopped)
- 2-4 Passion fruit
- 50g Grated Coconut
- 1 Teaspoon of Freshly Grated Root Ginger
- Juice of 2-3 Limes (to taste)

Slice the fruit and combine all the ingredients an attractive serving dish.

Autumn Minestrone

Ingredients:
- 1 Onion (sliced)
- 1 Clove Garlic (crushed)
- 3 Sticks of Celery (chopped)
- 2 Carrots (diced)
- 2 Leeks (sliced)
- 1/2 Small Cabbage (shredded)
- 1/2 Small Marrow (diced)
- 100g Wholemeal Spaghetti
- 1 1/2 - 2 Litres of Vegetable Stock
- Pinch of Parsley, Rosemary, Basil, Oregano, Sea Salt & Freshly Ground Black Pepper.

Simmer the onion, garlic, celery and carrot in the stock for 30 minutes. Add the remaining vegetables, herbs and broken spaghetti and simmer for a further 30 minutes. Season to taste and sprinkle Parmesan Cheese into the serving bowls.
