Welcome to our Healthy Eating and Dieting page. The word diet does nasty things in our heads as it seams like hard work, however healthy eating, is in my mind, the only way to attain true Wellbeing. If we learn what it takes to maintain wellness we can enjoy all of the wonderful benifits of wellbeing. It is each individuals personal learning about food which, I believe, in the end leads us to Wellbeing. I think of it like a car, if we put the wrong fuel in it will be sluggish and not preform well. Each and every person is the owner of a very unique body. The reality is that, what may be extremely good and even healing for one persons body, may turn out to be a cause of illness in another.
